Each capsule of ESOMEPRAZOL DENVER FARMA 40 mg contains: Esomeprazole (as Esomeprazole magnesium trihydrate) 40 mg. Excipients: q.s.

Indications
Adults
1 - Relief, control of symptoms and healing of gastric acid related lesions. Acute and chronic Gastritis. - Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD):
·        Treatment of erosive esophagitis by reflux
·        Prolonged treatment to prevent  recidivism in patients with cured esophagitis.
·        Symptomatic treatment of GERD
2 - Eradication of Helicobacter pylori, when used in combination with an appropriate antibiotic therapeutic regimen
·        Healing of duodenal ulcers associated to Helicobacter pylori
·        Prevention of recidivism of peptic ulcers in patients with ulcerous lesions associated to Helicobacter pylori
3 - Patients requiring continuous therapy with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs):
·        Healing of gastric ulcers associated to AINEs therapy
·        Prevention of gastric and duodenal ulcers associated to therapy with AINEs with risk to suffer this kind of ulcers
4 - Prolonged treatment, following the intravenous-induced prevention of re-bleeding of peptic ulcers
5 - Treatment of the Zollinger Ellison Syndrome
 
Teenagers since 12 years
1 - Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
·        Treatment of erosive esophagitis by reflux
