Composition
Each 100 ml ophthalmic solution contains: Sodium carboxymethylcellulose 0.500 g; 1.00 g. Excipients q.s.
Therapeutic Action
Eye lubricant and moisturizer.
Indications
Indicated for temporary relief of discomfort caused by insufficient lacrimal secretion or excessive evaporation, exposure to wind, sun or environments with high contamination, or by the use of contact lenses that lead to an inflammation of the ocular surface causing symptoms of discomfort such as burning, itching, dryness, discomfort in the blinking, foreign body sensation, photophobia. Symptomatic treatment of pathologies associated with lacrimal insufficiency, such as dry eye syndrome and Sjögren’s syndrome.
