Each 2 ml ampoule of injectable contains: Meperidine Hydrochloride 100.0 mg. Excipients q.s.
Therapeutic Action
Narcotic analgesic.
Indications
– In the treatment of severe pain, including pain associated with surgical procedures or fractures, pain of neoplastic origin, pain derived from the involvement of the peripheral nervous system (neuralgia) or spasms of the smooth muscle (bile ducts, genitourinary tract, etc.). Chest angina or seizures.
– The treatment of pain in obstetrics, in case of stiffness and spasm of the tench snout, such as painful contractures and expulsion pains.
– As a pre-anesthetic medication.
