Therapeutic Action
Topical anesthetic for urological procedure and lubrication of endotracheal tubes.
 
Indications
Surface anesthesia of the urethra during catheterization, sound exploration and other endourethral operations.
Surface anesthesia during proctoscopy, rectoscopy and sigmoidoscopy and for rectal palpation. Painful cystitis.
